Waqar Silk Emporium — Refund & Exchange Policy

At Waqar Silk Emporium, we take great care in curating premium quality bridal and formal wear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Unstitched Fabric — Exchange Policy

Unstitched suits and fabric pieces are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The fabric is unused, unwashed, and uncut
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • The item is returned in its original condition

Exchanges are available for a different colour, print, or item of equal or higher value. We do not offer cash refunds on unstitched fabrics unless the item received is significantly different from what was ordered, or arrived with a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at waqarsilke@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item and defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customised, stitched, or altered garments
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact us at waqarsilke@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if items do not meet our return conditions.
