We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and beyond.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 working days (available for selected cities — additional charges apply)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time (up to 10 working days). We will notify you if your area experiences delays.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

Shipping Damages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit, please photograph the damaged parcel immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at waqarsilke@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
